This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped.

They belong to the McElroy litter and one look at them will bring out the "Awwwww!" in anyone! They were born while in rescue to their Momma, Annie McElroy, who appears to be a Scruffy Terrier mix about 2 years old and weighing only 14 lbs., so we expect that her puppies will be small, too.

Here we have Bailey, one of the two girls in this litter of seven! She's a beautiful reddish brown color with white on the tips of her toes, and on her chest, up around her muzzle and continuing in a thin stripe up between her eyes. Gorgeous! These puppies appear to be a Terrier mix about 2 months old. They're typical puppies and being puppies they have so much to learn! They'll need house training, crate training and will need to learn to walk on a leash (these life skills are currently being worked on and will need to be continued). We strongly recommend that all our dogs and especially puppies attend obedience classes because you get to learn commands together and it offers an opportunity for confidence building and socialization for the dog, and because it helps to strengthen that ever-important bond between the dog and her human family. It’s lots of fun, too! A well-mannered, obedient dog will be welcomed most anywhere you take her. Though a fenced yard is an ideal place for your puppy to romp and play safely, if that’s not an option then lots of daily leash walks and opportunities to play off-leash in a dog park is the next best thing. A tired dog is a good dog! Dogs of all ages also benefit from mental stimulation – think puzzle toys and games. Puppies are a lot of work and require a strong commitment to teaching them obedience, socializing them with other dogs and people, playing with them and loving them to pieces. It takes a lot of time, energy and patience to bring up a puppy - and it’s totally worth it!
