Oh my! The level on the cuteness meter just topped out!
Here we have Bailey Hopeful, one of the seven Hopeful puppies! He's one delicious looking pup with his luscious milk chocolate-colored coat! These pups appear to be a Labrador Retriever mix about 3 months old. Bailey is fully integrated into foster home life and very comfortable with other dogs; is interested and playful when meeting kitty cats; and is great with children. He's currently residing with children ages 8-10, and is very playful with them and their friends. He is working diligently on his house training and doing well. He is also working on crate training and walks some on a leash. For puppies, it's especially important that they attend obedience training with their new family so that they can learn cool stuff together, build up their confidence and get some socialization with new dogs and people. This also helps strengthen the bond between pup and human. Dogs of all ages benefit from mental stimulation - think puzzle toys, busy feeders and games. Though a fenced yard is the ideal safe place for your puppy to romp and play, if that's not an option then daily leash walks and opportunities to play off-leash are a good alternative. Bailey is very sweet and LOVES being held - laptime is one of his favorite activities. He also enjoys playing fetch, going for walks, going new places, toys (squeaky, chew, toys in general), and playgroup! He rides calmly in the car while crated. All these puppies are affectionate, eager to please, smart, even-tempered, gentle and puppy-goofy.

Puppies are a lot of work! They need a lot of time, patience, consistent training, play and loving! Bailey Hopeful is hopeful that you'll want to be his forever person. Fill out an application today and puppy fun will soon be yours!

Hopeful Litter's Backstory: These puppies were rescued along with their mom, Hope, in deplorable condition. They hadn't been fed and so were malnourished, they were covered in ticks and fleas, and they were full of worms.

**Additional info you should know -  For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix.  We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label.   Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption.  There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
