Oh! How precious! These little gems belong to the Pearl Litter!
We have three girls: Jennie, Pennie and Winnie; and two boys: Benny and Kenny! And a whole lotta cuteness going on! These pups appear to be a Labrador Retriever/Terrier mix about 5 months old. They were born in foster care after pregnant Mama Minnie Pearl was rescued from a Texas shelter. Minnie is about as sweet as they come and has passed that on to her pups. They are each working diligently on house training and crate training - learning to walk on a leash is on their "to learn" list. They're happy, playful pups who rarely bark. They're good with other dogs, kitty cats, and people of all ages and sizes. Being treat motivated, they should each do well in obedience class where you can not only learn lots of cool stuff together, but your puppy can continue her socialization, build her confidence and you can get in some quality bonding time, too! Though a fenced yard is the ideal safe place for your pup to run and play, if that's not an option then daily leash walks and opportunities to play off-leash in a dog park or at doggie daycare will help with her exercise needs. Don't forget, she'll benefit from mental exercise, too - think puzzle toys and games.

 

Winnie is the largest of the puppies and just beautiful with her mostly white coat, gray masks around her eyes, and her one gray ear. (It has been noted that her markings may remind one of Ace Frehley from the band, KISS...) She loves to play chase and tug-of-war with the other dogs, as well as playing with toys (squeaky and chew), and when playtime's done cuddling up on a lap and chilling out. Though it takes a lot of time, patience, energy and commitment to raise a puppy, Winnie wants you to know that it'll be totally worth it! Fill out an application today for precious Winnie Pearl!
