Miss Callie O'Malley is one pretty lady, don't you think?
Callie is a sweet girl that unfortunately found herself back at a shelter after her owner passed away. The shelter staff quickly realized how wonderful she is! They describe her as the rockstar of play groups and is the shelter's greeter dog. If you have another dog or dogs in your home, Callie will certainly fit right in! She would do best in a kitty free home as she tends to chase them around and we all know how much cats don't enjoy that. She does well with everyone including children. Although we have no reason to believe she would have any issues with children, we suggest children over the age of 5 due to Callie's large size. She would do great as a family dog or with someone who is moderately active as she is a playful girl with some energy to burn! She is calm and clean while crated, fine while left alone, walks well on a leash, and does great in the car.

So if you're looking for an errand buddy or someone to keep your children entertained (and vice versa), Callie is your girl! She's an intelligent, affectionate, easy going girl who wants nothing more than to find her forever home again. She would be a great dog for first time owners or for someone who is looking for a dog that will make a relatively easy transition into their lives and home. Come meet Callie, we promise she will not disappoint!
