Just in time for the holidays, meet Kit Kat Bar!
Kit Kat appears to be a Terrier mix, about 2 years old and just under 20 lbs. Once she has settled in and trusts her people, this affectionate, cuddly girl is such a lovable dog! She's easy-going and does well with female adults and other dogs. She is very unsure of children and also men, and would prefer a quieter, mature household where she can relax most of the time and work on these feelings at her own pace. She enjoys playing with her toys, but she more often than not is happy to chill out and snuggle. Kit Kat is house trained, walks well on a leash, but is not especially fond of being in a crate - and she lets you know this. As with all of our dogs, we'd recommend that she attend some dog obedience classes. They're a great way to help dogs master essential skills, while giving them opportunities to socialize with other pups and continue to strengthen the bond between human/dog

Kit Kat Bar's Story: This mama was surrendered to us from her owner, who already had other dogs and wasn't able to take care of her, plus her 5-week-old puppies. Her four little boys were named Twix, Rolo, Hershey and Chuckles, and they have already each found his forever home!

We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence.
