Willow is so sweet and kind!
She plays with the roughest, toughest of boys in her playgroup and gets along with every other pup she meets. She is gentle and affectionate with people, and she loves to play with toys and keep busy, so an active home that will keep her well exercised and stimulated would be best. She seems to do well with cats, and children she meets out and about, but the added activity and energy that children bring to a household would probably increase her anxiety tendencies. This sweet girl would likely do best with at least one well-balanced canine sibling, to learn from and play with. We don't know her full history, but she has shown some reactivity to strangers entering the home, and when out and about on leash. She is still young and coachable, but her new family will need to be planning to work with her in group and private training sessions to build a trusting relationship with her, and build her confidence in the human environment so that she can become the amazing dog she is meant to be. A home that doesn't have many new people coming and going, and has minimal external noises (e.g., not an urban setting) would be best for this girl, at least for the first 3-6 months while her family works with her and gets her settled.

Willow is a playful, affectionate, eager to please girl who wants nothing more than to make her way into your heart. Can that heart be yours? Fill out an application today!

**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence.
