This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped. Kringle Mistletoe LOVES to play and is especially fond of squeaky toys! He's also very affectionate and loves to be held. He and his sister Holly were born to a Chihuahua/Yorkie mix mom and Jack Russell dad so they are quite the adorable combination! Because they are so small they would be best in a home that isn't overly busy and has no small children. They have not had any house training or leash training as of yet, but have had some time in a crate and did well. They currently have only interacted with their siblings, but are very interested in the other dogs that are around. Kitties and kids are an unknown. We strongly recommend puppy training classes for continuing a pup's socialization, confidence building and strengthening the bond between a pup and his or her "hooman." Puzzle toys and games keep that canine mind sharp and may help to save your favorite slippers from sharp little teeth...or not.

The Mistletoe Pups' Story: They are two of the five puppies born to their Chihuahua/Yorkie mother and Jack Russell father. The owner of their mom and dad was going to shoot the puppies because they whined. Animal Control was contacted and in turn contacted our Arkansas rescue partner to ask for their help - and of course, they scooped up the little nuggets and saved them!
