Macon wants to be petted!
She is a sweet, shy and loving girl. We are thinking she is a Boston Terrier mix. When meeting new people she is initially a little timid but seems to quickly warm up and wants to be your best friend! She would do best with an adopter who will go slow and take the time to help her transition, gain confidence, and overcome her anxieties. Group training would be great to build her confidence.

Macon would do best in a quiet household with no children. She is nervous and timid around other dogs, but does show interest, and with time feel she would be okay with other pets, but they should be non-pushy, non-hyper and calm. She is calm in the car, either tethered or in a crate, and would love to join you on a ride! Leash training and potty training are in progress and so far, so good. She is quiet, rarely barks, and is always ready for action, but is equally happy to chill with one of her toys or with you!
