The VH1 pups want to rock your world!
Henry, Penny, and Dorothy are active and sweet puppies looking for a forever home. We are thinking these "rock star" pups are a Bassett Hound and Treeing Walker Coonhound mix. The pups are typical puppies with typical puppy behavior - they like chewing on stuff, playing with each other, playing with toys, playing with people and just playing in general!
A very affectionate and loyal boy, Henry loves his foster parents and tends to sticks close. He was initially a little hesitant about leaving his yard on the leash with his foster dad but is doing better and gaining confidence every day! He still a little wary of strangers and will bark a little, but once he sees they are a friend and not a foe, he is their new best friend. He is crate trained, great in the car and working on house training. He is an active boy and will jump when excited but is learning redirection pretty well. It’s all in fun and puppy excitement, but a potential adopter will need to keep this in mind if there are small children in the household or visiting small children. He is a smart boy and recently mastered "‘sit", "down", "stand", "come", and "touch"! He is getting really close with "heel", "crate", "place" and "potty". Always ready for action, he is equally happy to chill with you, and though pretty quiet for a pup he will bark when playing or to get your attention.
Henry is a handsome black, white, and tan boy who would love to find a forever family who has lots of time and patience to raise a puppy properly, and who has lots of extra time for loving and cuddles. If you are looking for a puppy, Henry may be perfect for you! Fill out an application today and let him know that you'd love to have him join your family!
