The Herb pups will spice up your day!
Say hello to the Herb boys – Sage, Dill, Chive, and Mint. These sweet, playful, and sometimes a little goofy dudes are looking for a forever home. We are thinking these busy pups are a Doberman Pinscher and Hound mix. If we are correct with their breed, they will likely grow to be pretty big dogs and a potential adopter should keep this in mind. A fenced yard would be ideal so they could run and play safely, but if that's not available they will need lots of leash walks and opportunities for off-leash play in a fenced area.

The Herb pups are playful with other dogs but will act shy and submissive when meeting them for the first time, but give them a little time and they are ready to play! The pups are currently not living with kids but have met their foster mom’s niece and are playful and responsive to corrections. We don’t yet know how the Herb boys are around cats. They love toys and are happy to chill with a ball when not playing with you! 

As they are still so young, they are just getting to house training, crate training, and leash training, but we think they will pick up these skills quickly as they seem very smart. The boys are a bit vocal - they bark when playing or to get your attention. Potential adopters with close neighbors should keep this in mind. All the boys absolutely love belly rubs!

Being a typical puppy with typical puppy behavior - Sage likes chewing on stuff, playing with his brothers, playing with toys, playing with people and just playing in general!
