The Harvest Pups have arrived!

As the days get shorter and the weather cooler wouldn’t it be great to cuddle up with a puppy? These pups are playful, sweet, smart and sometimes a little goofy and looking for forever homes. We are thinking these precious puppies are a Pointer and Terrier mix.

The beautiful females in the litter are: Cider, Leaf, Yam, and Maize. The handsome males are Flannel, Crisp, Gourd, Patch, and Squash.

These are typical puppies with typical puppy behavior - like chewing on stuff, playing with each other, playing with toys, playing with people and just playing in general!

The pups love meeting new people but may act a little shy at first, but give them just a little time and they will be your new best friend! They are playful with other dogs but we don’t yet know how they are with cats and children. We do know they are gentle and even-tempered and we think they will be ok with kids if introduced slowly. As the pups are so young, they haven’t started on potty, crate, and leash training but think they will pick up these skills quickly as they seem very smart. They love toys and are happy to chill with a ball when not playing with you! So far, the pups are pretty quiet but you might hear them bark when playing.

The Harvest pups are eager to please, toy and treat motivated little squirts, so puppy training classes will be lots of fun!

Yam would love to find a forever family that has lots of time and patience to raise a puppy properly, and who has lots of extra time for loving and cuddles. Harvest Pups’ story: Pregnant mom had her litter at an Animal Control facility. A rescue organization was contacted for homing the puppies. The pups and their mom are now living with a loving foster family and doing great!
