Meet Radar! This playful, fun-loving pup appears to be a shepard mix, about 8 months old. Radar loves to play with dogs and kids alike, so we think he would thrive with an active family. He loves hiking, swimming, running around and he's very calm in the car. He'd be perfect to bring along on a fun new adventure! He loves playing with squeaky toys and tug of war. He's definitely a watchdog and likes to be vocal -- he'll bark at passersby and when playing with other dogs, but he's generally very outgoing and playful, so it seems to be all in good fun.
For a young dog, Radar is doing great with his house training! He hasn't been having accidents in the house and he is doing so well with crate training. He pulls and zigzags when walking on a leash, and he might jump on the furniture or up on new friends. He's just so excited to meet you! He's a little nervous at times, is not a fan of the vacuum, and sometimes might try to escape out of eagerness. Radar is catching on quickly, and with a little more training and practice, he'll have his house manners mastered in no time. He would love to even go to some puppy training classes! Obedience training is a great way to help reinforce essential house training, and since Radar loves playing with other dogs, it'd be a perfect opportunity for some play dates.
Radar is a friendly, fun-loving and active dog. He's ready to find his forever home and his new best friends!
