This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped. Who's ready to fiesta with Taco Tex-Mex?!
We think this adorable big tike is a shepherd lab mix, and are expecting him to be large dog when fully grown, maybe 70-90 lbs. We think he c
ould be a good fit for a household with kids 7 years or older as long as his needs will get met. Taco would do good with another large well-balanced dog who likes to play and is tolerant of his puppy behaviors. If he is the only dog he will need puppy daycare so he can receive needed socialization.
Taco is affectionate, intelligent, and eager to please. He is a smart boy and is currently being house trained and crate trained, but does need a little more work. An obedience class is a must for him; it will help teach him good manners and commands, further socialization with other dogs and people, and will help build that very important bond between a dog and his human.
Taco's favorite activities include meeting new people, cuddling, running around, wrestling, and bitey-mouth. He seems to have moderate to high activity levels. If not provided with a fenced yard please plan to provide him exercise in other ways such as leash walks, games of fetch, or trips to a dog park.
