Meet Wedge Star! 

She and her sister, Biggs, seem to be young Labrador mixes. But one thing is for sure -- these sisters are adorable! They are sweet, playful, and affectionate -- check out the pictures of them cuddling together. 

Wedge is living with a loving foster and doing great! She loves everyone she meets, including kids but currently does not live with kids. She may jump out of excitement and adopters with young children should keep this in mind. She is friendly with other dogs and even seems ok with cats. Her foster mom says, "she shows interest in our cat by doing a play bow, licking her, and lunging to engage in play but will back off when corrected."

She is working really hard on housetraining and crate training and so far, so good and needs just a little more practice. She is a smart girl that knows "Sit" and "Come" and is working on "Drop it," "Leave it," and "Stay." 

We'd recommend you sign up for puppy training classes together. These are a great way to reinforce these skills, while also getting some bonus socialization time with other furry friends. Lab puppies like Wedge are super smart, so we're confident she can pick up these skills in no time! She'll need lots of exercise too -- remember that a tired dog is a happy dog! She'd love to go for long walks, run around with friends at the dog park, and play with brain-stimulating puzzle toys to keep her mind sharp. At the end of a full day of fun, Wedge would love nothing more than to cuddle up with her human(s) and just relax. 

Wedge is a lovable, fun, goofy puppy and ready to find her forever home!
