Say hello to Acacia Floral!

Acacia and her sisters Orchid, Rose, Jasmine, Daisy, Lantana, and Marigold, and brothers Indigo and Iris (also available on SOS) are adorable Lab mix puppies full of energy and looking for their forever home.

They're typical puppies with typical puppy behavior - they like chewing on stuff, playing with each other, playing with toys, playing with people and just playing in general!

The pups are friendly with everyone they meet including visiting school age special needs kids, but currently do not live with children. They love other dogs, but we don’t yet know how they are with cats.

Being just puppies, they will have so much to learn! They'll need house training, crate training and will need to learn to walk on a leash. We strongly recommend that all our dogs attend obedience classes because you get to learn commands together, and it offers an opportunity for confidence building and socialization for the pup.

Acacia would love to find a forever family that has lots of time and patience to raise a puppy properly, and who has lots of extra time for loving and cuddles. If you are looking for a puppy, Acacia or one of her littermates may be perfect for you! Fill out an application today and let her know that you'd love to have her join your family!

Floral pup’s story: The owner of the pup’s mom (Blossom – coming to SOS soon) is elderly and has some health challenges and is no longer able to care for Blossom and her pups. The pups are now living with a loving foster family and doing great!

Medical Note: This dog was treated for demodectic mange while in the SOS program. The dog has responded well to this treatment. Please note that demodex can flare up in any dog in times of stress (eg, transport, transition to a new home, change in food, etc). As such, the adopter is advised to discuss this condition and best next steps with their veterinarian. SOS recommends that dogs with a history of demodectic mange be kept on regular NexGard or Bravecto for flea/tick prevention for at least 3 months or until 18 months of age. Please see here for more information on demodectic mange: http://www.vcahospitals.com/main/pet-health-information/article/animal-health/mange-demodectic-in-dogs/741. Please check with your vet if you should have any questions or concerns about this condition and discuss any concerns you may have with your SOS Adoption Counselor.

An adoption donation is required for each adoption; please see   HERE   for more information about this.

To apply for this dog, fill out an adoption application on our website: www.sosarl.org/aa/

**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
