Sissy is a gorgeous young Black Mouth Cur mix. She may act a little shy when meeting new people but quickly warms up - though she will need a little work on her manners!  She is n ot a social butterfly but a lovely, unassuming companion. We think she would do best in a laid back, lower foot traffic home.  Sissy will jump a little bit out of excitement and potential adopters with young children should keep this in mind. She does well loose in the car and enjoys going new places as she also walks good on the leash Sissy is doing quite well with her crate training and has recently completed house training! She is a smart girl and basic group training classes is recommended to help her learn commands, socialize with other humans and dogs, as well as build that fur-ever bond with you!

Sissy is a sweet and happy girl who just wants a loving forever home. Can you make her dream come true? Fill out an application today and let her know that you'd love to have her join your family!

**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
