Itsy is a cute little bitsy pup!
Her favorite thing is to cuddle up on the couch with her foster mom while she reads her kindle. She has big adorable ears. She loves watching her foster's older daughter play barbie with her friends. She is crate and leash trained and nearly house trained. She does great with her foster homes resident dogs and cats. What more could you want a sweet little dog ?!
She can be a little skittish or nervous at first with new people or new places but is a friendly girl. She can be a little hyper at times and you may hear her alert bark when someone rings the doorbell. She is scared of the foster families 2 year old child though, so we are recommending that she goes into a home with older kids.
Itsy comes from a loving home, but her dad had to make the difficult decision of giving up some of his six dogs to find safe housing. They had been living in an abandoned trailer without electricity or running water for a year because he could not find a place that would take his pack. Though reluctant, he did the right thing and asked for help finding loving homes for his dogs.
If you think Itsy is the perfect pup for you, don't wait to apply to adopt her today - sweet couch cuddles to come your way!
An adoption donation is required for each adoption; please see HERE for more information about this.

**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
