Meet Quarterback! Quarterback is a very happy, energetic lab with a handsome chocolate coat. The two-year-old pup is affectionate, outgoing, intelligent, and even tempered. He has many hobbies including football (hence his namesake), playing with toys, going on walks/runs/hikes, wrestling and playing chase with other pups, and cuddling just to name a few. Quarterback loves anything and everything outside, especially sunbeams. He has a lot of energy and is expected to thrive in a high activity household. He loves meeting new people and is very friendly and outgoing.
Quarterback is house and crate trained and working on his leash skills. He also already knows sit and shake and rides great in the car! We strongly recommend that all our dogs attend obedience classes because you get to learn commands together, and it offers an opportunity for confidence building and socialization for the dog.
Think Quarterback would make the perfect addition to your team? Fill out an application to let him know!
An adoption donation is required for each adoption; please see HERE for more information about this.

**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
