This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped.
Jade is a beautiful silver Doodle mix who is about two and a half years old. She was found abandoned by a creek, along with her mother and her three sisters. All of the dogs were in poor condition, with filthy and matted fur, but they are thriving now. Jade is currently living in a calm foster home with an adult couple with two dogs and three cats. She gets along well with everyone, and she has been very polite with the children she has met. Jade is the epitome of laid-back charm, and she has a heart of gold. She is all about spreading love and joy wherever she goes. She lives for snuggles, cuddles, and belly rubs, and she has a playful side that's truly infectious. Whether it's a game of fetch or a silly dance, she’s always up for some fun Jade has not had any accidents in the house, and her crate training is in progress. She does very well on her leash. She is a smart girl and basic group training classes is recommended to help her learn commands, socialize with other humans and dogs, as well as build that fur-ever bond with you! Jade is a loyal companion who's gentle, easygoing, and a bit goofy. She is ready to shower her adopting family with love and laughter for years to come. Medical Note: This dog has tested positive for exposure to ehrlichia. This does not mean that this dog had/has an active infection of ehrlichiosis, only that the dog was exposed or infected in the past. This dog is/has been asymptomatic while in SOS care and is being treated/has been treated preventatively with a 28-day course of doxycycline. This dog is ready for adoption, though may continue to test positive for exposure to ehrlichia for some time.
