COME MEET ME!!!
Age: 2 Years
This happy boy is Oreo! Oreo is a fun-loving boy who is good with other dogs and children. He is very active - he loves playing rough with other dogs and running around. He's a very smart dog - he will sit for a treat, and wait to jump into his mom's bed until she tells him to. He rides very nicely in the back seat of a car. He currently sleeps in the bed and is crated when alone in the house. He prefers to be loose in the house, but he will destroy things so he really should be crated; he does not make noise or a mess when crated. Oreo is very joyful and will jump up and lick your face off; very young/small children may not appreciate this. Oreo is not a vocal dog, and is very affectionate with all people, especially his - he thinks he is small enough to be a lap dog. A fenced yard is strongly recommended for Oreo as he loves to run and play fetch. A dog companion or regular playdates would also be good for him, as he is very social and has a lot of energy. Oreo is crate trained, walks well on a leash and well house trained.
He seems to have a high prey drive, so we do not recommend a home with cats.
Oreo is looking for a new home now because his owner is facing serious health issues and no longer able to care for him; she is very saddened to let him go, but she cannot say enough good things about him. We know that Oreo will make a fabulous companion to a very lucky family. Could that be yours?
