Meet
one of our newest additions! This ADORABLE little boy is Nicholas! Nicholas is one of four siblings in the "Melody" litter. His momma, Melody, was a Rat Terrier mix and was recently adopted, his dad was probably a Dachshund, but we don't know for sure. Momma Melody was dumped in a dumpster, she was found and brought to a rescue, then delivered her pups the very next day. The pups were premature and had no hair on their feet and ears. Luckily all the pups were healthy, just premature. Nicholas looks more like a Schnauzer mix...He has such a beautiful reddish color coat with gray highlights on his back. Nicholas loves to watch tv and loves belly rubs. Nicholas stands at the back of the pack and is the quiet one of the litter, but he will play as rough as needed. Like all puppies, Nicholas will need a family who has the time to train and socialize him, so he will grow into a well-mannered adult. Do you have room in your heart and home for Nicholas? We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence.
