This is Talula Zimmer, the smallest of the five puppies in the Zimmer litter. They are 8-9 weeks old and appear to be a Chihuahua/Dachsund mix - what we like to call a Chiweenie. Momma is a small Chiweenie so all of these cutie pies will most likely be small dogs as adults. Talula is not only a tiny bundle of adorable but sweet, sweet, sweet! Like all puppies, she'll need a family or individual with the time, energy and patience to teach a puppy all the things they need to know to be a well-mannered, well-socialized adult. She'll need to be house trained, crate trained and learn to walk on a leash. And as with all puppies, we strongly recommend an obedience class to help with dog/owner bonding, confidence building and learning some socialization skills. A fenced yard would be ideal so Talula can run and play safely. Because of her small size, older dog-respectful kids are recommended.
