This cutie pie is Pansey! She was the runt in the Kiwi litter - her littermates, Sidney and Bristol, have been adopted. Pansey is a precious girl about 8 or 9 months old, weighing approximately 15 lbs. and the most beautiful golden red color! She was saved along with her sisters from a high volume kill shelter. She's fully vetted and the patch of hair loss on her head has new hair growth coming in, and as you can see from one of her photos, you can hardly tell where the bald spot was. The skin scrape was negative for Demodex, but she was given Bravecto regardless, and has been doing well. She was heart worm negative. Pansey loves all dogs and is fine with cats. She is a bit submissive to people and other dogs, and would do best in a calm household without children. Being initially a little shy and skittish, she warms up to people and loves affection, but does not approach most people. She would love a fenced yard so she can run and play safely, and take care of her moderate energy and exercise demands. She likes toys, likes the water (she recently went to the beach and actually went in!), rides crated in the car, and like all puppies her age, will need basic training - obedience and leash walking - she is already house broken. Obedience training has many positives for both the dog and the adopter: it helps promote bonding between the two, as well as confidence building and socialization for the dog. Pansey has a ton of love to give, and would make a great addition to a loving and patient family. Don't make this cutie pie wait any longer!
