This here's Sadie!
Sadie is a fun, loving, active dog who's looking for an equally active family or individual that can keep up with her! She appears to be a Hound mix about 9 months old - a gorgeous girl who gets a lot of interest from everyone who sees her. She would absolutely love to have a canine sibling to play with and a fenced yard would be ideal so she can play safely with or without any siblings. Sadie's coming along well with house training, and is already crate and leash trained, and she'll need to learn her home manners. She's very obedient for an 9-month-old puppy and does have some very basic training - she knows "sit," "stay," "go in crate" and "lay down." A formal obedience class is strongly recommended, not just for the bonding aspect of it, but because it can help with confidence building and socialization for the puppy. She is used to sleeping in her crate at night. Sadie LOVES to play fetch and LOVES her toys! Her favorite thing was when her southern foster mom threw treats up in the air for her to catch! She's "puppy vocal," but quiet overall and a bit goofy, like most puppies. Sadie's good with other dogs and does great in play groups at day care every day; she's also good with kids and super friendly to all she meets, but she hasn't been cat-tested yet. Sadie was adopted out of a southern shelter, but returned because of her high energy. If you're looking for an abundance of energy and lots of love to add to your household, look no further! Sadie's your gal!!! Fill out an application today and prepare for lots of loving and lots of action!

**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
