This is Dimple!
Don't you just love how all her white places are dappled with gray? Simply beautiful! Dimple appears to be a Blue Heeler/Terrier mix about 3.5 months old. She's a playful girl who'll play with anybody at any time - other dogs, adults, kids - maybe even kitties if they wanted to play with her. She's affectionate, smart, even-tempered, a bit goofy, can be hyper in play, eager to please and likes toys - especially squeaky toys and chew toys! She also enjoys playgroup and laptime is chill time! She will need to be house trained; crate training and leash walking are in progress. She's also learning "sit." We strongly recommend that all our dogs - and especially puppies - attend obedience classes because you get to learn commands together, and it offers an opportunity for confidence building and socialization for the dog, and it also helps to strengthen that ever-important bond between the dog and her human family. It’s lots of fun, too! A well-mannered, obedient dog will be welcomed most anywhere you take her. Though a fenced yard is an ideal place for your puppy to romp and play safely, if that’s not an option then lots of daily leash walks and opportunities to play off-leash in a dog park is the next best thing. A tired dog is a good dog! Dogs of all ages also benefit from mental stimulation – think puzzle toys and games. Puppies are a lot of work and require a strong commitment to teaching them obedience, socializing them with other dogs and people, playing with them and loving them to pieces. It takes a lot of time, energy and patience to bring up a puppy - and it’s totally worth it!
Dimple was dumped and picked up as a stray. She's leaving the past behind and heading into the future knowing that once she finds her forever family, she'll be loved and cuddled - and be showered with toys! Fill out an application today for Dimple and make her dreams come true!

**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
