This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped. Ollie Up???
Who is up for adopting this sweet girl? Ollie Free and her sister Hebie were rescued when they were found abandoned way out in the country. We estimate their date of birth to be around 5/1/17 and we think they appear to be a Shepherd mix. Ollie still has time to grow, so it looks like she is going to be a large dog. She has been fully integrated into home life. She is in the process of house training, crate training and leash walking. She plays well with other dogs and accepts and respects corrections. There are cats in her foster home that she wants to play with and chase, not in an aggressive way, but the cats don't want any part of her or her playfulness. She has not had the opportunity to meet any children or men, but there is no reason to make us believe she would have any problem with either. Just remember that she is a big puppy and when big puppies get excited, they can easily knock down little children or even older seniors. She has a good amount of energy, likes squeaky toys, chew toys, play group, chase, fetch and tug-of war. She is also happy to snuggle up for some loving anytime you let her.
Ollie is still young and has a lot of learning ahead of her. As with all puppies, we recommend obedience training so that she will learn all the right skills to make her a well-behaved dog who will be welcomed everywhere she goes.
