Wally really is wonderful!
He is also affectionate, quiet, and playful. We are thinking he's a Shepherd mix. He loves other dogs and is cautiously interested in cats. We don’t yet know how he is with kids, but suspect he will be fine, as he is such a gentle boy. Crate training, leash training, and potty training are in progress, and so far, so good! He is calm in the car and would love to join you for a ride. He's a fairly quiet pup except when playing with other dogs. He loves his toys and is happy to chill with a ball when he is not playing with you. He is an even-tempered and intelligent boy who would have a blast with you at puppy training classes!
Wally would love to find a forever family who has lots of time and patience to raise a puppy properly, and who has lots of extra time for loving and cuddles. If you are looking for a puppy, Wally may be perfect for you! Fill out an application today and let him know that you'd love to have him join your family!
Wally’s story: He was found sitting beside, and expectantly looking up and down, a country road. He would then wander and return to the exact same spot, only to look up and down the road again. This is usually an indication of a dog who was abandoned, as if waiting for his family to return. The people who found him asked some of the nearby neighbors if they knew anything about him and they did not. Wally is now living with a loving foster family and doing great!
