Baby Girl is a sweet and gentle soul

This affectionate girl is curious and loves meeting new people and going new places. We aren’t sure of her breed but are thinking she is a Boxer and American Bull Dog mix.

Baby Girl had a bit of a rough start to life. She was eventually rescued and placed with a loving family who fell head-over-heels in love with this sweet girl and she has been with them for over one year. Unfortunately, illness and the demands of caring for parents has led them to the difficult decision to give up Baby Girl in hopes of finding a family who will love her as much as they do and who can provide her the attention she deserves.

Baby Girl is playful with other dogs but doesn’t particularly like little dogs that are aggressive toward her, can’t say we blame her! For the most part she is calm and gentle with dogs and even cats! Her foster mom says she is so gentle with cats she lets them knead on her. Baby Girl absolutely loves kids from babies to teens and is very calm and gentle with them.

She isn’t fully housetrained and has become accustomed to using puppy-pads, but think she could be house trained as she is such a smart girl. She is fully crate trained where she is calm and quiet. Baby Girl obeys many commands and is a very even-tempered well-mannered lady. She loves to ride in the car, but best to keep her tethered as if not she will try to get your attention with kisses! She is always ready for action, but is also very comfortable to chill with a toy or with you! A fenced yard would be ideal so she could run and play safely, but if that's not available she will need lots of leash walks and opportunities for off-leash play in a fenced area.
