There is still time for a Beach day!

The Beach pups are sweet and curious bundles of fun that can’t wait to give you some puppy kisses! We are thinking these precious puppies are a Terrier mix born around the end of July.

There are six pups in the Beach litter; three girls – Coral, Jetty, and Taffy, and three boys – Coppertone, Dune, and Dock. They are typical puppies with typical puppy behavior - like chewing on stuff, playing with each other, playing with toys, playing with people and just playing in general!

The mom of these adorable pups (Gemma) was abandoned by her family and had her litter under a mobile home. Mom and pups are now being lovingly cared for by a generous neighbor and doing great! The pups have not been exposed to very much and potential adopters should be prepared to go slow and work on socialization in moderation for the first 3-6 months.

As the pups are so young, they haven’t started on potty, crate, and leash training but think they will pick up these skills quickly as they seem very smart. They are playful with other dogs and kids and even seem ok with cats that they like to chase in playfulness. They love toys and are happy to chill with a ball when not playing with you! The pups are pretty quiet but you might hear them bark when playing.

Taffy would love to find a forever family that has lots of time and patience to raise a puppy properly, and who has lots of extra time for loving and cuddles.
