This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped.

Handsome Henry Winkler is a playful, eager to please guy who also likes his chill time and enjoys a good snuggle! 

Henry walked up to a vet's office as a stray and adopted the construction crew working there. He would visit and lay next to the other animals. He is even tempered, affectionate and was unfazed by the construction noise. He comes to SOS from a month in a busy foster home in the south. He lived in a house with cats, dogs, an adult couple and got along with everyone. Henry is outgoing, likes car rides and meeting new people. He is playful, likes to run and play with toys but then will hop in your lap to relax and cuddle. He is clean in his crate and is working on his full house training. He is also working on his leash training, needs to learn not to pull but does have experience on a leash. He is pretty quiet except for the occasional watchdog bark to let his people know he's looking out for them. This young pup has so many good qualities! All-in-all if you are looking for a great companion who is also a strikingly handsome fella, he is right here.

**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence.
