This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped.

Meet Mikayla, a young, sweet, friendly, gentle, playful, and smart dog. Her personality is as bright as a summer's day, radiating warmth and joy to everyone she meets. Mikayla recently stepped into the role of motherhood, handling her new responsibilities with grace and patience. She did a great job raising her pups, by giving them lots of love and attention and now that they are ready for their fur-ever homes, it's Mikayla's turn for happiness. She has a heart that seems to know no bounds, extending her love to other dogs, cats, and children.

Mikayla is crate trained and needs a little work on housetraining and walking on the leash. Playful yet gentle, Mikayla is the perfect blend of fun and tranquility. She is a smart girl and basic group training classes are recommended to help her learn commands, socialize with other humans and dogs, as well as build that fur-ever bond with you! Her heart is as big as her personality, and she is ready to share it with a family who will cherish her as much as she will cherish them.

**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
