This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped.

This is Oscar The Grouch!  You may be asking yourself why such a cute puppy has a name like Oscar The Grouch.  Is it because he's grouchy?  He's not green!  It's neither...Sadly, this sweet puppy was found in a trash can at a rest stop, thrown away like yesterdays trash.  Lucky for Oscar someone happened to stop and find him before a tragic outcome.  Oscar looks to be a Shepherd/Hound/Boxer mix that was born sometime around 11/15/2015.  He is 10 pounds now and is a bit gangly, but we expect him to be a very athletic, muscular boy when fully grown.  Oscar is great with other puppies and although he hasn't been around any cats or children, we think he would be fine.  Oscar is a happy, playful puppy and like all puppies Oscar will need to be trained and socialized.  This little guy is going to make a fabulous addition to a very lucky family, and they will be asking themselves...Who rescued who?
